Thank you for your interest in Evereffi products. We offer the following warranties for our products:
Warranty Coverage
We guarantee our products against poor performance when used correctly according to the product manual instructions.
Five-Year Warranty: Applies to all new and like-new battery products.
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase by the original user (the “Purchaser”).
Please read the product manual thoroughly before installing and using the product, and ensure the battery is used correctly as per the manual's instructions.
Procedures for Warranty Claims
1. Initial Analysis: We will help analyze the issue within 24 hours, assist in resolving it, restore battery functionality, and provide optimal usage guidance.
2. Defect Confirmation: If the product does not function normally, and after completing all the necessary battery testing, both parties confirm a quality issue, we will send a replacement battery. The defective battery must be returned to our designated warehouse using the pre-paid label we provide. Our technical team will then inspect and test the returned battery to determine the problem.
3. Replacement or Refund: Within six months of the purchase date, if the product has quality issues and cannot function normally, we offer replacement or refund services. From seven months after the purchase date to the end of the warranty period, if the product has quality issues and cannot function normally, we offer replacement services.
