Pricing and Payment
All prices on our website are listed in U.S. dollars, and all payments must be made in this currency. Prices are subject to change at our discretion and without prior notice. We accept payments exclusively through PayPal. Customers without a PayPal account can still pay using a credit card via PayPal's secure payment system. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method immediately upon order confirmation.
We also offer the option to save your payment information securely for future purchases. You can manage your saved payment methods through your account settings at any time.
Shipping and Taxes
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders. Estimated delivery times and tracking information will be provided upon order confirmation. In the event of delays or unforeseen circumstances affecting shipment, we will make every effort to inform you promptly. Since all orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse, there are no import taxes or related fees for customers.
Please note that we do not currently offer international shipping. All orders must be shipped to addresses within the United States.
Refunds and Cancellations
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. If the return is initiated by the customer for reasons such as no longer needing the item, ordering the wrong item, or dissatisfaction with a non-defective product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the return is due to an error on our part, such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs by providing a prepaid shipping label. We do not charge a restocking fee on returned items.
Customers can cancel their order before it is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, please refer to our refund policy.
Refunds will be processed within 2-4 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
